Wavefront prepared an urban design brief for a mixed density community of 80 new homes and 60 townhouses in Oakville, Ontario.  The 24-page document provides design guidelines and graphics for healthy community living, placemaking, streetscapes, building facades, open space systems and schools.  Enhancement and integration of a pioneer cemetery into the new community ensured that heritage resources become a community feature rather than a forgotten relic.
