Wavefront prepared urban design guidelines, architectural control guidelines and site plan approval drawings for a new community of 150 homes, developed in four phases.  Protection of an adjacent naturally sensitive area as well as providing restricted access with viewpoints to protect the adjacent Oakridges Moraine, maintaining hydrologicalregimes and an increased topsoil depth for water absorption assist in ensuring the community is responsive to the natural landscape.  A series of connected green spaces promotes walkability and access, and design details with an organic theme create an underlying conservation design.
